Title Division Fees
The $18 title fee applies statewide. In some counties, the fee may be $23 if local officials approve an additional charge.
We accept cash, check, credit/debit card or money order. American Express cards are not accepted. A non-refundable processing fee is charged by a third-party vendor for all card transactions.

These fees do not include late fees, sales tax, or notary fees. Fees are subject to change.
Late Filing Fee
Ohio Revised Code section 4505.09 requires the Title Office to assess an additional $5 late fee if a new certificate of title is not obtained within 30 days from the date of assignment.
